what decides the na exchange rate ? why is it still 0.0137 or 72.9 ?

since the u.s dollar has made several gains since all servers were merged, when will you guys change the top up rate to reflect this ? im assuming you have to manually change it, and 72.9 is more in your favor versus the current 78. thanks for looking into the issue.

usually theyre estimated for 1 year without following daily exchange rates.
